BeverlyMchenry, If i were you I would not only try for the grant for people to buy a home ,but if you are low income you can get a loan from HUD or FMHA also cslled USDA .it is based on your income for payments. Good Luck, Franny 1

hi, i saw this about forclosures so here goes. im buying my home contract for deed from owner i have been here almost 1 year. i paid a dowm pymt and he let me move in pending a loan pay off of balance of 55000 Since i am disabled no bank will give me a loan.ssi of 603 mthlyincome. i have been notified by his attornery that they will be filing for return of property since its been so long i dont want to lose my house. i need a grant or ver low pymt loan asap or i will be homeless. thanks for asking
